2. Service Execution & Master SLA All services listed on this site are governed strictly by our Master Service Level Agreement (SLA). ONLY PWC reserves the right to refuse any payload that violates our SLA boundaries, including but not limited to incomplete filings, insufficient fee advancement, or requested deliveries for same-day active trial dockets.
3. Limitation of Liability While we guarantee strict adherence to our execution windows (e.g., the 16:00 "Buzzer Beater" stamp), ONLY PWC is not liable for delays or rejections caused by external factors beyond our control. This includes unannounced court closures, clerk system outages, or clerk rejections due to missing original wet-ink signatures or formatting errors made by the submitting firm. In no event shall ONLY PWC be held liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or case dismissals) arising from the use of our logistics services.
4. Intellectual Property The content, service tiers, and proprietary business models detailed on this website (including the "If It Fits, It Files" framework) are the intellectual property of ONLY PWC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of Prince William County, Virginia.
